About the company

The company is a financial services group comprising two companies: a market-maker and an exchange-traded derivatives broker. The market-making business operates out of offices in England and Australia, while the brokerage business currently operates out of offices in England with commitment to expand into the United Stated in October 2008 with offices in New York, NY and Chicago, IL.

The company was founded in 2000 and has developed rapidly to become one of the pre-eminent option market-makers in the leading European derivatives instruments, regularly topping the ranking statistics on Eurex and Liffe.

The securities division was created in 2005 to focus on price discovery-and the execution of derivatives trades for institutional clients. It uses the group’s market-makers, a network of external liquidity providers, and its own sizable customer base to capture the best prices and liquidity in futures and options markets. It is growing constantly and currently has clients in 20 countries and 140 employees globally.
